DESCRIPTION:
All aspects of the work environment are becoming more and more diverse,
to include communication styles, problem solving approaches, and productivity
measures. Workforce diversity refers to respecting differences which
exist between and among us due to our respective inherited qualities
and life experiences. Valuing diversity requires the collective creation
of a workplace climate which allows each person to contribute to the
fullest extent of his/her abilities. Thus, the leader’s role
requires a higher degree of interactive skills associated with workforce
diversity.
OBJECTIVES:
As a result of attending this intensive leadership and management
development seminar, participants will be able to:

Enhance their communication effectiveness and sensitivity around

(Participants will know exactly what sexism, racism, and other “isms”
