TEAM DEVELOPMENT

DESCRIPTION:
This seminar addresses the major elements necessary for team members to function at their best. Seminar topics include teams and how they work, how to develop teams, setting operational norms, defining expected outcomes and team facilitation skills.

OBJECTIVES:
As a result of attending this intensive skill development seminar, participants will be able to:
