EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION

DESCRIPTION:
An employee’s motivation directly influences performance excellence and overall teamwork. These two factors in turn directly influence MORALE. This seminar emphasizes what practices need to be present in the workplace in order to positively impact MOTIVATION and MORALE. Participants will learn at least 5 powerful skills to motivate themselves and others.

OBJECTIVES:
As a result of attending this intensive seminar on Employee Motivation, participants will be able to:
• Identify major motivators and de-motivators associated with today’s workplace
• Apply the important motivational skills of clarifying communication, recognition and rewards, performance expectations and performance coaching
• Complete the Motivation and Morale Analysis Survey and apply those learnings to improving the work environment
• Conduct Work Environment Surveys effectively
